I was wondering is Johnny coming to Newfoundland Canada this fall?
Thats great news to hear about the dvd and double album release,muirsheen durkin my not be finished with the charts yet.

I absolutly love your music and hear it on the radio here in Newfoundland every Saturday and Sunday morning on the Irish Newfoundland shows.
I was wondering if you ever plan on coming here to do some shows, you have a huge following here and I am sure you would have a great time. Newfoundland is like a home away from home for people from Ireland and visa versa.

I just had to post a comment and say, i have only recently started to listen Johnny and what a fantastic singer he is!! Even though I am ahalf Offalyman it is only very recently I started listening!! Anyway I will to the gig in Galway for definite! All the Best.

Does anyone happen to know if there are any tickets left for the 21 Aug concert in Dublin?
I have tried to order, but no response was received in the last 3 days.
I am a fan of Johnny for 10 years now, but he is not likely to come over to Hungary, so it seems I must go there to see and hear him live....
Does this MusicLee.ie wotk at all??

Mr. McEvoy, it seems you're quite the topic of conversation on the message board over at liamclancy.com.
Lots of us over there are big fans and all of a sudden everyone is finding out we have you as a common interest since someone posted a question about you on the board. Unless I miss my guess, it may be a certain Lidia from just below me on this same page...unless Delavan is more of a hotbed of Irish music than we thought.
Anyway, if you have the time and feel like dropping by, all who love Irish music are welcome on the board at Liam's site. We're just one big extended family. Our family singsongs just happen to go worldwide rather than across a single room in front of a fire, as in days gone by.

Your singing is fantastic and what a feel you put into the ballads! I just love the way you sing the songs and I just thank my Irish Da for introducing you to me--your music that is!
Also--I understood it was your birthday in April so Happy belated wishes and may God always bless and keep you and I wish you good health and happiness!

I heard Ronan Collins playing the Town of Bannagher on RTE today while I was out in the garden working. It stopped me in my tracks. What a beautiful and heartfelt rendition of the song it is. I then thought of how long I have been listening to and enjoying your music...............more years than I care to remember :-) and was prompted to write to you and to thank you for all the joy and pleasure you have brought to my life with your wonderful songs. I hope you are well Johnny . I am one of countless people here whose jobs have fallen to the recession and the greed of the bankers. It has been a dark winter of depression for me, but the sunshine of recent weeks has given my spirits a boost, as did your song today.
